For our first episode of 2021, we sit down with Justin Reid, the President and CEO of Black Soccer Members Association to discuss his mission to increase the number of Black coaches and administrators across every level of soccer. We also discuss how the disorganization of Caribbean federations has limited the opportunities for Black coaches and weakened Concacaf as a whole.
