This week on United Soccer Lounge, I chatted with Oliver Wyss. He is the head of Global Football Development and Sporting Director of the United Soccer League. Formerly, he was the President of Soccer Operations and General Manager for Orange County SC in USL Championship. I asked him about what he sees in a player to identify whether he's ready for MLS or Europe, his nine years at OCSC, what coaches can be doing to help cultivate young talent, the growth of American soccer in the last 10 years, and the World Cup.

As for Matt, the former professional player in Finland and Sweden was the former manager of Chicago House AC in the Midwestern Premier League. With House, he orchestrated a US Open Cup run that included a win over Forward Madison and a tough match with Chicago Fire. We chat about the kind of player he’s looked for as he builds a roster from scratch, how to sell Florida to the players he’s trying to sign, and how his playing days impact his managerial style.

My Personal Leagues Cup Predictions of how the groups will draw out. Yes there is bias and some may call it heavy but it is what it is. Some of the video might be choppy however with everything growing i will try and post out better content.
