Phoenix Rising FC rose from the ashes with a 90th-minute equalizer from John Stenberg before claiming victory 3-2 in a penalty shootout after missing its first two shots to win the 2023 USL Championship Final against the Charleston Battery at Patriots Point after the sides had played to a 1-1 draw through regulation and extra time.

?Barcelona will be taking on Paris Saint Germain in the quarter-finals of the Champions League at the Parc des Princes Stadium in what is a season-defining match. The players, manager, and club have been hyping up the expectations and standards for this game since the draw like crazy and now the moment has arrived to turn up. Both teams come into this match in good form which sets it up for a very even 50/50 game. Jules Kounde said in his press conference this morning that we have regained the defensive level of last season's team. We are more effective on all lines, we are on a good dynamic, we hope to keep it up. Xavi said in his press conference this morning that the word after 4 years without reaching the quarter-finals is excitement. I said it a fortnight ago, we can dream, we are very motivated, we are at the best moment of the season but we have a team ready to win the Champions League and one of the best coaches in the world. Overall this tie very much does or die for everyone involved around the team, manager and players, they've hyped up the priority of this game, especially in terms of Xavi's future and it's down for them to live up to their promises.
