Barça are prepared to move ahead with the signing of Nico Williams as salary structure will be a crucial point of the deal. Premier League clubs also continue to remain attentive to the situation of Nico. Barça is impressed by Dani Olmo's Euro Cup performance, with Deco placing him ahead of Luis Díaz. Although Olmo's release clause of €60 million is valid until July 20, Barça hopes to negotiate a lower price. Barcelona have not yet made an offer for Mikel Merino, with the midfielder waiting for the Blaugrana to return to La Liga's 1:1 rule. Hansi Flick plans to speak with Gündogan soon about his intentions. The club won’t come in the way if the midfielder opens up to the idea of leaving, due to fair play. Ronald Araújo is set to undergo surgery for the treatment of his injury. He is expected to be back by December this year.
